What is marble polishing?
Marble is a material that is made of natural mineral consisting chiefly of re-crystallized calcite or dolmolite capable of achieving a high, shiny polish. This material comes in many colors .
According to The Natural Handyman, ”Refinishing marble is a matter of abrading the surface with a power sanding machine, using progressively finer grits until the scratches in the marble are microscopic , causing the surface to become reflective:
